If you manage land in the Yarra4Life program area, Yarra4Life may be able to facilitate attractive options for you to improve your land, its productivity and the environmental condition of the Yarra Valley and Ranges.
The 2010/11 – 2012/2013 Habitat Protection & Conservation program in the Yarra4Life area is focusing around the Yellingbo Nature Conservation Reserve. Landowners in a priority area around Yellingbo NCR will be contacted by the PPWCMA and offered an opportunity to apply for funding to protect, improve and increase the area of habitat on their property.

Funding will be available for:
- fencing around habitat areas to exclude stock
- pest plant and/or animal control
- revegetation to improve and/or increase the area of habitat for Leadbeater’s Possums and/or Helmeted Honeyeaters.
Biolink 'Missing Link' project - Between Yellingbo Nature Conservation Reserve and Kurth Kiln Regional Park
Funding is also available from Yarra4Life (which was kindly donated by the Judith Eardley Save Wildlife Association from Healesville) to create a Biolink from Yellingbo Nature Conservation Reserve to Kurth Kiln Regional Park. This funding is available to landowners who meet certain criteria.
