Yarra4Life is focused in the southern half of the famous Yarra Valley - 40,000 hectares of picturesque countryside between Lilydale, Gembrook and Woori Yallock and an important rural headwater of the Yarra River.
Yarra4Life receives funding from local, state and federal governments, businesses, corporate investors, philanthropic organisations and members of the community.
It is an important agricultural and tourism area and is a key habitat for the endangered Helmeted Honeyeater and the Leadbeater's Possum.
Ongoing support from corporate and philanthropic investors as well as the community will ensure we can continue to protect and enhance this valuable area.
Fantastic opportunity for landholders
Yarra4Life has funding opportunities for landholders in the Yarra4Life Biolink or Woodlands area through funding supplied by the Australian Government's Caring for our Country program.
